Satch kicked axe
This was one of the best concerts I have ever attended. Joe was phenominal as usual but this was special since it was Joe Satriani and his band for the whole show. The previous times I saw Joe Satriani was at a G-3 concert and twice at Experience Hendrix concerts. The band played a perfect mix of classics like Summer Song, Ice-9, Flying in a Blue Dream and New music from The Elepants of Mars like Sahara and the title track. He opened the show with 1980 from the Shape Shifters album and kicked ass on Energy from What's Next. They finished the show with the encore of Surfing with the Alien. Awesome show.
